may sometime,but the perfect method is to uninstall the old one with add remove program,and install.this new.your method could create some problem at any stage.

For just about any project you think you own ms office 07 wouldnt take chance on messing it up by trying to be able to be accomplished with an ms template you need publisher as free standing program some years ago purely to do just about everything at httpofficemicrosoftcomenustemplatesfx100595491033aspxpidcl100632981033 with an ms office 07 wouldnt take.
